A properly
insured rigger must move all items that cannot be carried by hand. The
person or company removing the item must sign a waiver of the
liability holding Hartland Machinery Auctioneers, its owners and
employees, harmless from any and all losses involved in the removal of
equipment.

An
invoice will be supplied to the purchaser at the time of settlement. This
invoice, properly authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our
check out personnel for you to remove the purchased items. No
merchandise may be removed without a representative of Hartland Machinery
Auctioneers present.
All
items will be offered by the piece.
Purchases shall be paid for "in full" on day of sale. Purchases
shall be paid for with cash, cashiers check, certified check or wire
transfer. Personal or company checks will be accepted with a bank letter
of credit or from persons known to us.
After
an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the
purchaser. All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon the declaration that
the item has been sold.
All items
purchased must be removed in their entirety.
No
merchandise may be removed until the sale is over.
No
merchandise may be removed until complete settlement has been made.
No
warranties of any type are made concerning the merchandise being sold.
The
auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is
final.
